The Yucatan peninsula is a well known area for its Mayan Archaeological sites, and it is indeed a striking area of Mexico where the landscape makes a perfect combination with the avifauna, the area lacks river above ground and only under the ground, creating the well known Cenotes, this are also hosts some amazing endemic birds such as Yucatan Jay, Yucatan Wren, Yucatan Flycatcher, Yucatan Woodpecker, Mexican Sheartail, Cozumel vireo, Cozumel Emerald, Ocellated Turkey, Rose-Throated Tanager, Orange Oriole, Black Catbird, Black-throated bobwhite, plus many amazing birds. we have created a 11 day trip that covers all the corners in this area.
